Our approach is to promote respectful communication with the school in an effort solve issues and when necessary to provide effective legal representation to students and parents, protecting important education rights. Working with your child’s school should not be a painful process. If it is, we can help you find a solution.
Fee Arrangements
We are committed to providing these services based on an individual’s needs, regardless of her/his ability to pay. In some circumstances, the law allows parents to recover attorneys' fees in cases where they have prevailed against the school district.
